Creative and Inclusive Events for all
Inter-Action has been at the heart of Milton Keynes' cultural scene, organising and co-managing a wide range of inclusive and inspiring events that bring the community together. From lively outdoor festivals, such as Holi Festival and the annual music and arts celebration, Loveliness Festival, to producing the online NatureFest for the City Discovery Centre, Inter-Action has consistently championed creativity and 'arts for everyone'.

The organisation has also been instrumental in co-managing major local events like Bletchley Carnival and the MK Fringe Festival. These events have not only showcased local talent but also fostered a sense of togetherness within the community. In addition to these, Inter-Action has promoted awareness-raising initiatives throughout Milton Keynes, including The Way Ahead project in 2004, a humorous but biting project led by artist Caroline Cardus.

The Way Ahead was designed around the time of the launch of the Disability Discrimination Act, offering a humorous yet sharp commentary on the realities faced by people with disabilities. This thought-provoking project captured attention across the city, highlighting the need for greater accessibility and understanding in a powerful, creative way.
Through these events and projects, Inter-Action continues to play a pivotal role in building a more inclusive, vibrant, and engaged community in Milton Keynes.
