Community Arts Charity Interaction MK has been bringing arts to life in Milton Keynes for 40 years in 2015! We use the arts to improve the life chances of disabled people and people in challenging circumstances. Our innovative programme of inclusive arts successfully brings people of all backgrounds together in shared creative activity. Our programme helps participants to develop creative, personal and social skills and self esteem, contribute to social cohesion and to help break down barriers between diverse groups. Based at the Old Rectory, a green oasis and ancient scheduled monument nestled between the housing estates of Woughton Parish, Inter-Action MK has developed into a creative hub for the local community. We also provide studio space for seven resident artists and in return they help us run our programme of work. We also host exhibitions both in our art room gallery space and outside in our grounds where we have a growing collection of sculptures. The Old Rectory grounds are open daily for the public to visit.
