Biodanza is for everyone. Any levels of fitness welcome. It is a time and place to have fun, make new friends, and connect with one another.

Bring joy, happiness, friendship and fun into your life. Nourish your heart and your spirit. Enjoy pleasurable exercise and enhanced general health. Wear what makes you feel happy. Dance in bare feet, socks or soft shoes.

Biodanza is my passion, it brings together people, music, dancing, love, personal development and spirituality. The main principle of Biodanza is ‘Love and respect for all living things’. I believe passionately in the power of Biodanza to help people lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
After 4 years of training, I am an IBF certified Biodanza teacher and in training to teach new Biodanza teachers. I am qualified in the specialisms of Biodanza with children; Biodanza and Gerontology (older people); Biodanza and Shamanism and Biodanza and the Tree of Desires.
I worked in psychology at the Open University for many years where I had the opportunity to teach adults of all ages. I’ve taught meditation to children and co-wrote a successful book that has helped many teachers and parents to enrich their childrens’ lives.
I’m a trained counselling psychologist/therapist, have worked with Relate and have practised counselling for many years. I run workshops on holistic ways to lead a happier and healthier life.
I co-founded the Transpersonal Section of the British Psychological Society and have given papers and workshops nationally and internationally on the psychology and science of spirituality.
